Rex Envisions is an architecture and design studio providing architectural, interior design, landscape design, planning, consultation, visualization, and related design services.

Our services may vary depending on the requirements, scope, location, and nature of an individual project.

A specific project may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, agreement, appointment letter, scope of work, or other written document issued between Rex Envisions and the client.

Where a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the specific project to the extent of any inconsistency with these website Terms & Conditions.

  • Working drawings

  • Design consultation

  • Material and finish selection

  • Other related design and consultancy services

The specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities applicable to a project will be communicated separately to the client.

Not every service listed on our website is necessarily included in every project.

4. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee that Rex Envisions will undertake the project.

Information submitted through enquiry forms may be used to:

  • Schedule a consultation

A formal professional relationship begins only after the relevant proposal, appointment, agreement, or other applicable documentation has been accepted by both parties.

6. Design Revisions

Design development is an iterative process.

The number of revisions or design iterations included within a project will depend on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions, substantial changes, or changes requested after approval of a particular design stage may result in additional fees and/or an adjustment to the project timeline.

A change may be considered substantial where it requires significant reworking of previously approved concepts, drawings, layouts, materials, or design decisions.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the project.

This may include:

  • Property information

  • Site measurements

  • Existing drawings

  • Site photographs

  • Ownership or authorization information

  • Project requirements

  • Budget information

  • Approvals and decisions

  • Other information reasonably required for the project

Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information, instructions, approvals, or decisions may affect the project timeline.

The client is also responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, certificates, or statutory documents that are specifically assigned to the client under the applicable project agreement.

8. Third-Party Contractors and Vendors

Where a project involves contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, engineers, fabricators, or other third parties, their services may be governed by separate agreements.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Rex Envisions is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, pricing, workmanship, availability, delays, warranties, or contractual obligations of third-party contractors or suppliers.

Where Rex Envisions recommends a third-party professional or supplier, such recommendation does not by itself constitute a guarantee or warranty of that third party's performance.

9. Design Visualizations and Renders

Architectural renders, 3D visualizations, mood boards, material representations, sketches, and other visual materials are intended to communicate design intent.

Actual results may vary due to:

  • Materials

  • Lighting conditions

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Construction techniques

  • Product availability

  • Site conditions

  • Natural variations

  • Contractor execution

  • Changes made during construction

Unless expressly stated otherwise, visualizations should not be treated as an exact guarantee of the final constructed appearance.

10. Measurements and Site Conditions

Design decisions may depend on information relating to the project site.

Where measurements, dimensions, structural information, surveys, soil conditions, existing services, or other technical information are supplied by the client or third parties, Rex Envisions may rely on the accuracy of that information unless a separate scope specifically requires independent verification.

Unexpected site conditions may require changes to drawings, designs, materials, costs, or timelines.

11. Fees and Payments

Professional fees, consultation charges, project fees, deposits, payment schedules, and other applicable charges will be communicated separately for each project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Work may be paused where required payments remain outstanding.

  • Additional services may be charged separately.

  • Taxes and applicable government charges may be payable in addition to professional fees where applicable.

Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or suspension of services.

12. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable project agreement.

Upon termination, the client may be responsible for payment for:

  • Services already completed

  • Work in progress

  • Approved expenses

  • Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf

  • Additional amounts that are contractually payable

Unless otherwise agreed, termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of fees already earned for services performed.

13. Intellectual Property

All original designs, concepts, drawings, sketches, layouts, architectural details, 3D models, renders, presentations, graphics, written content, photographs, branding materials, and other creative materials produced by Rex Envisions are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly transferred or licensed in writing, intellectual-property rights remain with Rex Envisions or the respective rights holder.

The client may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or provide our designs or creative materials to another party for execution or reuse outside the agreed project scope without appropriate authorization.

Payment for services does not automatically constitute a transfer of intellectual-property rights unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.

14. Use of Website Content

All content appearing on the Rex Envisions website, including:

  • Text

  • Photographs

  • Architectural images

  • Project images

  • Renders

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Illustrations

  • Videos

  • Design concepts

  • Branding

  • Layouts

is owned by or licensed to Rex Envisions unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially use such material without prior written permission.

15. Portfolio and Project Photography

Rex Envisions may display selected projects, photographs, renders, drawings, or design work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, publications, or marketing materials, subject to applicable client agreements and permissions.

Where a client has specifically requested confidentiality or restricted publication of project information, Rex Envisions will respect the applicable written agreement.

16. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current.

However, website content may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors

  • Outdated information

  • Unintentional inaccuracies

  • Availability of particular materials or products

  • Contractor performance

Any estimates, projections, concepts, or preliminary information provided during the design process are subject to change as the project develops.
